your private unit at the natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building
unit 3303 is located on the 3rd floor (accessible via elevator) and features stylish skylights with motorized blackout shades in two of the bedrooms
six adults can be accommodated in this 3-bed, 3-bath unit Each bedroom is en-suite with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms offer a king bed each, and the third bedroom offers one queen bed.
the living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering
your spacious 1,250 sq ft unit is stocked to meet all of your needs:
-kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils
-coffee maker, toaster, and blender

public parking is available less than one block from our front door We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.
if you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! we are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.
